Our story
It all started in Prague
Our story began in Prague, Czech Republic. This is where the idea of Dortini was born, and where our professional approach, recipes and philosophy of dessert-making began to take shape.
We later decided to return to our homeland and continue our journey in Azerbaijan, with our own pastry production facility in Baku.
