Our story
The story of Dortini began in Prague, a city known for its rich European pastry traditions.
During our time in the Czech Republic, we gained valuable entrepreneurial and professional experience, developed our business, worked closely with customers and established our own understanding of quality, taste and service.
Eventually, we made the decision to return to Azerbaijan and continue our professional journey in our homeland. This marked the beginning of a new chapter for Dortini.
Today, we operate our own pastry production facility in Baku, building on the experience and principles developed in Europe. We continuously expand our product range, improve our technologies and build long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers.
